Return and Cancellation 

Question-:How do I cancel my order ?

Answer -: To cancel an order , please log into your account and tap onto cancel and return tab. Order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return will only be accepted if following conditions are met-:

• Unbroken seal of tag.
• No visible damage on product.
• Product to be returned in original box
• Returns will only be accepted if we are informed about it on QB SUPPORT number (+91-9799719450) within 48 hours of delivery date, or by email on support@qbmen.com 
• Return will be approved if above conditions. No refund will be given, we will provide only STORE CREDIT, redeemable any time you want. 

Process of Return

• Write us an email or WhatsApp us, to process your request.

Exchange

We will entertain exchange of the product only if the product sent by us is damaged or defective. Apart from this we will permit exchange on case to case bases. For exchange we will provide free reverse pick up and courier.

No returns or exchange will be entertained on discount sale.
